The vehicle may not be used for illegal purposes, racing, towing, or     off-road driving.

The vehicle     shall only be used by the Lessee and the following authorized drivers:

‍6. Maintenance and Repairs
DRIVE     996.COM shall be responsible for routine maintenance during the lease term.     (Twice a year)
DRIVE     996.COM will cover costs of major repairs not caused by misuse or neglect.

‍7. Condition and Return of Vehicle
The vehicle     shall be returned in the same condition it was rented, minus normal wear     and tear.  
Gas must be     returned in the same amount it was rented.   

‍8. Termination
Either party may     terminate the agreement with __7__ days written notice.
Early     termination may be subject to a fee of $ 10_________.
